Yantara is a navigation app for motorcyclists, published by Suriyen LLC. This page explains how to delete your Yantara account and the account data associated with it.
01 Delete in the app
You can delete your Yantara account directly in the app:
02 Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email support@yantara.app from the email address on your Yantara account with the subject "Delete my Yantara account."
03 What we delete
We will delete your Yantara account and associated account data, including:
- Profile data
- Private rides
- Private scenic routes
- Help interactions
- Route feedback tied to your account
- Active group membership data
04 What may be retained
Some records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or operational integrity. Certain community or operational records may be anonymized instead of deleted, such as aggregate API usage/cost telemetry or public/community contributions with the user identifier removed.
05 Timeline
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days and will reply if we need to verify ownership of the account.
